State officials at the Paris Air Show announced an expansion agreement with the Air Cruisers division the French company Zodiac, which has operations in Chihuahua City since 2005.
The Air Cruisers expansion in Chihuahua is the third by the company in the State. The agreement calls for an additional 25,000 square-feet working space and the hiring of 50 workers for testing and shipping operations.
Zodiac has four other divisions in the State's capital, including Weber, Amfuel, Icore and IDD, which employ more than 400 workers in plants totaling 217,000 square feet.
Zodiac began operations in Chihuahua City in 2005, with the first meeting with company officials at the 2005 Paris Air Show.
