Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua [GCC] is Mexico’s second largest cement maker with extensive operations in the Americas.
The company stands out for its stringent hight-standards policy and its innovativeness and efficiency.
With production and distribution facilities in Mexico, the United States and Bolivia, GCC as an annual 4.0 million ton production capacity.
GCC recently acquired the assets of four US concrete companies jointly operated under the name of Consolidated Ready Mix Inc.
In 2006 GCC also purchased Mid-Continent Concrete and Alliance Transportation and last year it opened a state-of-the-art production plant in Pueblo, Colorado.
Cementos de Chihuahua works intensively in R&D and has created its own research centers, one of them in Switzerland. |
