Injectoclean, a Ciudad Juarez designer and manufacturer of automotive electronic diagnostic tools, has been selected by TechBA, a technology business accelerator, for development in the global market.
The company said after two interviews with TechBA officials, it was selected on late 2009. In the first stage of the program, TechBA consultants will get a first-hand look at the company and will identify development opportunities.
The first results are expected within six months.
Injectoclean has been a recipient of Motor magazine's Top 20 Tools award in 2001, 2002, 2004 and 2007, and its products haven been featured in Popular Mechanics, Pen Computing and Motor.
Injectoclean was founded by Juarez engineers mostly graduated from the Technological Institute of Ciudad Juarez, the city's first and foremost technology institution.
Over the years after its foundation ten years ago, Injectoclean has opened R&D laboratories in South Korea and Chile and has successfully introduced its products in 35 countries of North America, South America and Asia.
TechBA is a program created by Mexico's Ministry of Economy and operated by the US-Mexico Foundation for Science to support and accelerate Mexican high-tech startups working on IT and telecomm, automotive industry, aerospace, advanced materials, food, alternative energy, multimedia, life sciences, animation and videogames.
TechBA has offices in Silicon Valley, Austin, Montreal, Michigan, Arizona and Spain.
