British singer Sarah Brightman closed festivities at the Fifth Chihuahua International Festival in Ciudad Juárez with a powerful and brilliant performance at Estadio Olímpico Benito Juarez, crowning a month-long crusade of art that reached most municipalities of the Largest State of Mexico.
The Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez Symphony Orchestra and the UACJ Bachelor's Chorus accompanied Brightman during the Friday night event.
Brightman offered more than 20 songs that made Juarenses vibrate, including It's a Beautiful Day, Dust in the Wind, Hijo de la Luna, What a Wonderful World, Nessun Dorma, Who Wants to Live Forever, Harem and The Phantom of the Opera.
She closed her performance with Deliver Me and A Question of Honour.
Tenors Erkan Aki and Fernando Lima shared the stage with Brightman.
Brightman started here a Latin American tour that will take her to Venezuela, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Peru and Colombia.
She will end her tour at Chichén Itzá, Mexico.
